Blog Description over the last 5 months i have turned my healthy, slim, energetic, fuelburning, toned body into one of disgust. i have gained 30 pounds, and have been eating everything i swore i would never eat. ranging from refined sugars, coffee, white flour and yes, even some meat. i have always been very health concious and eaten and taken care of my temple--until.... i have decided enough is enough and it is time for me to pull myself out of this slump, and path of destruction and change how i have been eating. several factors have played into my gaining weight but i can not use them as excuses. when it comes down to it, it the fact that i have lost control of myself and have fallen weak. NO MORE!!!!! i am going to rebuild myself--an overhaul!!! i am going to start a master cleanse cleanse fast tomorrow, and start to exercise. i will weigh myself everyday, and keep track of what exercises i do. i am hoping by march 1st. i will have changed my eating and exercising habits for the better
