In the navy six months of gi issues Description

Hi all so this is my story so far in January of 2014 I was deployed to the Middle East I spent 7 months there on the six month one day my stomach felt like it turned upside down. I thought it was the food I aight as it happened before out there. But I didn't feel better after a couple of days a month went by and I was still struggling with gas bloating and a weird sick feeling. We returned to the US and on that day I went to the er the doctor ran a couple test and took my stool it was yellow and floating for some time now. The doctor gave me flagyl thinking it was giardia. My symptoms continued to progress then the navy corpsman tested me for h pyloria (neg) but they gave me the triple therapy before they had results I took that for 4 days then they told me to stop cause I was negative. I went home for leave and my symptoms died down about 94% I felt great. Then on the last day there my nausea and symptoms returned it took about two weeks. I have come to the conclusion that the antibiotics benefited me during my trip home. Anyway I got back and symptoms kept coming eye floaters though I am nearsided and now where glasses ear pain eye pain twitching at night butt itches sometimes brain fog weird high feeling after eating has happened like 5 times in 7 months tired after eating though probiotics help with this. Also if I stay motivated. I've had endoscopy colonoscopy both with biopseys multiple stool and blood test and everything comes back normal have not been tested for sibo. I have no physical signs of candida no jock itch thrush in mouth fungus on nails nothing . No rashes ever been tested for lymes western blot. Chiropractor said I had adrenal fatigue but I was supper stressed a month ago since then I've calmed down and accepted what's going on needs further testing. I'm thinking parasite fungus or bacterial don't know root cause my whole life I've had great digestion anything I eat came out in a footling nice brown turd everyday lol now it sucks I have formed stools still but some days I have diareah or constipation bowel movement everyday still though waiting on vitamin testing to see if I'm deficient in anything I fear b12 cause of fatigue. In 7 months these are all my symptoms and tests please put your input in it will be greatly appreciated as this illness is causing me to loose my dream of serving my country as they may discharge me .
