Blog Description I have never fasted for more than 24 hours so this is basically the first official fast. I was planning to go on a water fast but found out about master cleanse and decided to go for it instead of a water fast to actually give my body the chance to eliminate the gunk it has collected over the years. I am 28 5'5 130lbs so losing a couple of pounds would be an added bonus especially if it was mucoid plaque and the likes :o)
