Blog Description I am embarking on a 60 day Master Cleanse/Appreciation project. During this time I will a) do the Master Cleanse as per Stanley Burroughs booklet and b) will carry around a little notepad with me the entire 60 days and look for things that make me feel good! I am doing this to lose weight as well as start a new chapter in life. I know the Master Cleanse works because I did a 40 day one many moons ago, and I now also know that if I keep myself happy (by constantly looking for things that feel good) a wonderful new chapter is ensured!:)
