Blog Description After having my daughter 3 years ago, I really packed on the pounds. Finally topping out at 270 pounds!! 3 months ago I decided I needed to take control and began to change my lifestyle. I now eat healthier then I have in years and am now ready to start a juice fast since I have broke myself of all the junk and pop!!
