Height: 5 foot 5 Current Weight: 122lbs Goal Weight: 103lbs I will be posting my blogs/journals every day of my fast, talking about my progress and any effects i’m feeling, while doing my 21 day Water Cleanse. I shall begin my water fast on Sunday the 27th March 2010. Water Fasting Buddies are welcome. Message me if you’re interested in having a fasting buddy for support around the time i’m doing mine, as we need lots of encouragement during this life changing journey. I Have many reasons for doing this detox, mainly health reasons, some emotional and some spiritual.
