Blog Description This is a journal depicting my 7 day experience with the Master Cleanse. While I am definitely most excited about the detoxification that is sure to occur, I am also interested in kick-starting my weight loss journey, which will most likely be another blog. I would like to lose about 50 pounds over the next 4-5 months. I feel this cleanse will be a good way to rid my body of nasty toxins beforehand. This will be a very candid journal...I thank you in advance for coming along for the ride!
