Blog Description I am creating this blog for motivation. The more people who respons the more it will help me, and I hope I can help and inspire other people also. I am not overweight. I weigh around 9.5 stone and I am 5ft6 ish. However, I have been super stressed recently and have been eating as a result. I dont eat too badly but I eat too much. I need to curb it and what better way than with a fast. I want to lose weight fast because I feel disgusting. 6 months ago I was super fit and now I am not. I want to lose half a stone. It's pretty hard for me as I am diabetic and sometimes it requires me to eat. I plan to carry out a 3 day fast starting in one hour. I will then hopefully do more fasts.d
