Blog Description well it's come to that time where i feel like i care how i look again. i go through this phase in life at least 3 times a year the first of the year, or right before the season changes to spring, and a month before my birthday. i always tell myself i'm going to lose weight. this time i have to. i weigh about 200 pounds i'm 5'6, and i'm 33 yrs old. i'm going to try fasting for 21 days. i'll start the day after thanksgiving. wish me luck!
