Blog Description 18 months ago I weighed 100 lbs yesterday I got on the scale and about died. I was 148 lbs. I have been on a binge for 18 months and its time to take my life back I have started a 56 day fast. Just in time to see my inlaws and have great selfesteme about my self. after that I plan to ease back on food with help from a doctor in order to maintain the weight
