Blog Description Ok, so I am starting this Master Cleanse with the intention of getting rid of all the toxins I have been filling my body with, lose a few pounds, AND learn some discipline in the interim. After telling a good friend of mine that I have no self control she simply asked: "do you sh*t your pants? then you have self control." After laughing for about 20 minutes I realized she was right.....
