Blog Description This blog is about my journey of healing and self-discovery while fasting. I have reached a point where I know I have to hold myself accountable for my life decisions. I am entering a new era and I am faced with the choice of growth or NOT! After reading someone's blog about their experience with a 30 day fast, I was INSPIRED and I kept it in the back of my mind for a year. I have a pretty busy schedule and didn't know how I would swing juicing fresh juices away from home. Thankfully I recently found a product that is fabulous and answered my prayers. It allows me to move thru my day and still fast go thru this wonderfully challenging process.
