Blog Description I have been a raw food vegan (90%-100%) for a few months now, but have recently been having trouble adjusting to a ridiculously busy schedule and all-nighters. I found that apples gave me a great sugar rush for energy, but I have been abusing that and have literally become addicted to fruit sugar! I need to stop, for fat is now collecting because I am not using all the sugar I consume! I would love to break myself of this habit by water fasting for a few days, and am doing this blog as self-motivation...maybe if there's at least one person to cheer me on (I don't chill with like-minded people), then it will give me that extra push. It is also hard because I work in a coffee shop and live with a non-raw foodist who eats some of my old favorite foods...I need to feel that I glow again.
