hi there, i feel i should also do a 30 day fast. but to be honest the longest i have fasted is 5 days. i dont have a very good juicer, so i'll be using 50/50 "home-made juice" / "store bought drinks"... and probably making broth for when things get rough in the beginning. but im willing to try for 30 with ya', so let me know if you want a buddy! im 29 year old male, i have been incredibly abusive to my body with drugs and alcohol, and am quite overweight(i'd guess about 80-90 pounds). these are my reasons for fasting. pretty good huh? ;)
