hi again

well, the juicer i have is decent enough for 60 dollars. its the centrifugal kind and does carrots and apples pretty well, but has trouble with the leafy greens for some reason. i'll figure out a method that works, but im going to have some crap store bought juice around anyway, just for those times i dont want to deal with it. as far as weight loss, come what may...i dont know whats "realistic" as everyones reality is different, but i think you can do it if you want to. less juice - more water, some light calisthenics in the morning, etc...
today im hopefully going to be getting a call about a job. i have my fingers crossed as i've been looking for 3 weeks now. hopefully things pan out, and i will start the fast with you tomorrow on a very upbeat note. if not, it just seems its going to be harder to stay focused while im all anxious looking for employment, but i'll still do it. will you be keeping track of weight loss during this fast? we can compare results if you like. it might make it kind of fun that way
