Hmmm, you're right. It's not raw at all :o) It's organic blackstrap molasses, from Paraguay if that means anything. I've had it in the cupboard for ages (used it a few times instead of sugar or honey in breadmaking). Must have been thinking of something else that was raw, could've been the manuka honey.
