Good luck! Just remember if you cave in one day and take a drink, don't go back to it and think you can never stay sober, get back up the next day and start again, you can do it!!!! I know you may not feel well enough right now with the flu like symptoms, but if you can start walking for 30 minutes a day, it will boost your mood enhancing neurotransmitters in the brain and help you to stay sober. Give it a shot, and know that a ton of people on here will be supporting you with their thoughts and prayers :)
