Ok, I did the same thing. This was during my master cleanse last year. I would eat just a bite of something because I wanted to taste it. At day 10 (which was all I had planned to do, but had decided to go longer) I began to drink OJ because I wanted to break the fast, the nibbles had me starving. By the end of that night, I started nibbling and before I knew it, I had eaten a whole croissant and a bowl of cereal! I already had a appointment with my chiropractor/kinesiologist the next day for my back, but it was really my stomache that hurt! My bowels were not awake enough yet and I had a huge lump of food just stuck where the small and large intestine meet. The chiropractor was so worried that he spent an hour just on my stomache trying to push it on through. It was very painful but had it not been for him, I'm scared to think what would have happened. I was in unbelievable pain! I had to drive FAST to get home to use the restroom, it was horrible. So you have woke up a monster! Try to calm down, you'll be over it in a day or so, promise!!!!!!
