Yeah, thanks for coming on. Between you and Peanut who are my idols and experts, think I can get through this. I was waiting all day from the word for you or peanut to say I could do an enema! I am excited. I know I will feel much better. What do you think of my plan to do 10 days and then a liver and parasite cleanse? Then I would like to spend a month eating raw fruits and veges. really good stuff. Then do another MC hopefully for longer. I would like to repeat this often. I have about 80 lbs to lose. I am hoping the cleansing will hlp me make better choices of fodd and then after eating good for a month or so, if I start to revert back, I will immediately start the MC to break the toxic food cravings. I figure in a year or maybe less I can have this weight off. I just know that the MC alone will not get al 80 lbs off. I was reading that that Robyn (sp?) G. from Howard Stern did something like this and was successful.
