Hi Chrissy,
An enema will be fine...not a problem. Be sure to keep hydrated since it will help move and break up any blockage. The cayenne will especially help too.
You can also use deodorant and it is very handy when the detox sweat becomes a little rancid. What is not appropriate would be antiperspirant. You do not want to block the sweat but neutralizing the odor is fine. I use a rock crystal stick which is very effective. Just try not to use a deordorant which contains aluminum. Check out the ingredients....
You sound like you have an amazing supportive husband. I am happy for you and also hope that thie cleanse goes a long way to make you feel better.
blessings,
Zoe
