it sounds odd to become calm, for i know it would be great asset for the self, but to put everything aside to achieve it seems as though i must accept all the negativy
that is around us and put it aside.
in a way 'copping out'- 'sitting on the fence'- 'disregarding'. perhaps that's negative in itself, i dont know. of course one could do yoga etc. but i'm just not into things like that, so it leaves me to find a solution for that 'inner peace'.
i made a discovery about how consuming chicken had affected me which i posted in the "hypertension" forum just recently. at least i'd got on the starting blocks to
become calm.
now i've dispersed anger i think perhaps just 'letting go' would be an answer, i just dont know. it's a field that i thought that i'd never contemplate let alone
'find the road', to begin the journey.
i must read eveything on 'beyond the rainbow........' perhaps more answers lie here.
