I read your message after reading our latest post on candida forum. I share your thoughts and currently am very close to closing my case on candida, having changed/grown due to diet, presence/meditation and activity.
I like your reference to the pain body, it reminds me of the wonderful Eckhart Tolle. I found his 'dealing with the pain body' tape to be incredibly enlightening.
In fact, with reference to your comments (i.e playing the victim) , it was the Eckharts, Wayne Dyers, deepak chopras and bashas that allowed me to understand that it is all my creation, defending mental positions or having stubborn beliefs etc. Thankyoufor your post, it obviously comes from a state of awareness.

My final stage re. Candida is totally accepting/KNOWING the necessity to Alkalise via mind/body/spirit (or maybe balance sounds better, with reference to PH levels!).
I intend to stop meat and become as vegan and raw as possible. My diet is second to none compared to all I know, and maybe this suggests my reality reflection needs a clean (move area or redefine more beliefs).

I love to remember (with reference to our existence being a reflection) that when one looks into the mirror and wants to see a smile, one cannot touch the mirror and force a smile. One must smile from within and thus the reflection will smile back.
