Well said Lapis!
I spent close to 2 years looking for 'cures' to some nagging health issues - oddly enough, candida being one of them. I have MH to thank for showing me that the cure is our food - nothing else. Natural raw fruits and vegetables combined with occasional juice fasting for accelerated cleansing and healing. I'm still working towards becoming 100% raw, but even the small changes I've made already have made dramatic improvements.
As I continue to work on my diet, I've also started studying spirituality and practicing meditation and I'm now finding it's bringing more peace and happiness into my life as well.
I'm grateful for people out there like yourself who work to share with the world how to truly be healthy and happy!
