I'm sure you've heard it said, but I'll say it anyway... The first few days are the worst! This is a big detox period. I always try to take it easy the first few days, heaven knows you don't need a lot of stress during this period. :)

The benefits are amazing and soon you will start to feel that energy and vitality, for sure. Best of luck to you!

Oh and as far as the organic goes, I have never fasted completely organic. In the desert your organic choices are near nothing, which I can't handle. I have to have some variety. :)
