Thanks Lapis, keep this stuff coming please!

As I have shared before, this has been my year for shedding all the belief systems that I have acquired through the years. ...in order to be truly authentic....(however I'm still in process, lol)

I was living others' truth and not my own. And I certainly did not shed catholic dogma a few years ago, just to embrace hindu dogma, although I do practice yoga.

I can't help wonder about people who practice yoga and other systems for YEARS!! and still have no sense of self, no clear self-awareness. Again, this brings me back to doing ones' own work, not being a follower/devotee.....

Examining various belief systems can get people riled up, so that suggests to me they have something to hide....just SO defensive!! Defending the ego can create a real storm, can't it?

These blogs have been enlightening the past couple days....i think you have stirred someones soul...
