Thanks for this. I agree with the juicing comments and have since started to juice more veggies and almost no fruit. The biggest improvement to my gut has been with the addition of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar daily. I'm wondering if you've tried that? I have very few digestion issues lately and frankly my diet has not been as good as it should be (holidays and all). I use Stevia quite a bit and will consider the xylitol. I thought xylitol was a sugar alcohol and I generally stay away.
