It was great to hear of your discipline with the Bob Beck Protocol. I myself have been HIV + for eight years now and have never been on any medication although this year I have started taking Valtrex for mild shingles which has seen my viral load drop from 137,000 to 23,700. I got this result today. My T cell where at 222 and went up tp 233.

With regards to your juicing I have almost ruined my system by juicing fruit in the past. For me it has diluted the levels of hydrochloric acid in my gut which then causes foods to ferment which then feeds viruses and minor bacterial infections I have had. Currently I am on an anti candida diet and my energy has picked up enormously. I have read somewhere that 1 teaspoon of sugar can supress the immune system for up to 5 hours. Xylitol is made from the bark of birch trees and does not feed yeast or fungal infections and strengthens the enamel on your teeth. It is a natural product but quite expensive.
