Ozzie it was scary!! I saw LOTS of them today.. I've never seen so many here! The old panic and fear returned, my heart was literally jumping in my throat, I felt sick to my stomach..

What's odd is that earlier today I had the strangest urge to research them - HOURS before I even sighted them.. so I did, even though I had this voice in my head that said 'Stop! Don't look them up! They're not real!'

I followed my we-Guides advice and walked in lots of green growing stuff, put my hands on the trees, stared at the ground.. it's hard not to look at the sky, to push it out of your mind..

I know they're illusions, Ozzie.. but they're so frightening.. I wanted to run away from them so badly today, but where do you run to?
I'm tired of being so afraid! How do you cure trauma?
