so what is this supposed to be? I read some stuff on the 'Net about chemtrails and what I read said it was a government conspiracy to poison people and reduce the population of the U.S. It also said that the stuff being sprayed was some kind of bacteria, like the gov. was using biocides against its own populace. I just can't buy this, and I'm not the least bit sorry I don't believe it, either.

If you want something real to worry about, try aerial spraying of pesticides over croplands:

Now mind you, I am very aware that pesticides are arial-sprayed over cropland to kill insects; this happens to be very toxic not only to insects but to people who get doused with the stuff as well, like farm workers and others when the pesticide "drifts" in the air currents. I don't think this is what you are talking about here, is it?
