I was introduced to the Mucusless diet when i was 21 years of age. i was morbidly over weight i had tried other diets and diet pills and whatever was going at the time. my doctor told me that i wouldnt see forty which was the wakeup call that i need .my cousin had just returned from australia before he left he too was morbidly obese. i got the diet from him when he returned from there. it was the best thing because i went from nearly thirty stones to 13 stone in three months. i turned fifty in june this year and i am still a small person. if it wasnt for myself doing the diet i wouldnt be here today. its easy to lose the weight the hardest thing is keeping it off plus being a big boy for twenty years it took a while for my head to the same stage as my body if you know what i mean. if you want to lose weight and be healthy i recomend this diet it works i tell ya. thanks for your time and good luck aye.
