I'm 50 yr old female. While I have not been dx'd with diabetes yet, I do know I'm insulin resistant with a sluggish liver.

I have been researching alternative health for most of this winter season. A few days ago I found curezone. I think I'll stay a while as just about all is here.

I want to post a intro but am at a lose as to where I should go.

There is so much evidence that simple sugars reek havoc in our bodies. Last yr my cholesterol was above 200. My primary advised me to eliminate fatty foods and more exercise. I explained that simple carbs were my enemy not
fatty meats or fat period. Six months later my numbers were optimal, I began eating more meat and gave up simple carbs and actually limited all complex carbs that weren't vege's.

Thanks again, I guess I'll post in adrenal fatigue or exhaustion.
