Can you be more specific as to what you mean by your diabetic vitamins. What are they? (amounts) Even suppliers are important. I had been using cinnamon for a while thinking I should get results. But I didn't.

I found out that the manufacture of the cinnamon I bought used the wrong kind. Also it turned out (odd as it sounds) wsa too high -- I read this on other blogs.

Diabetic Vitamins? Amounts
Source of B50? Amounts
Source and amount of herbs

All would be very helpful. I would love to keep my sugar between 85 - 110.
