I really do appreciate anyone posting anything, and quite frankly I am proud of anyone that makes it through day 3 - it was a tough one.

Just so you know, I will keep reading your blog, so even if you quit, come back and post... fasting is not easy and you have already succeeded. If I end before I get to my desired results I will just start again, and watch what I eat when I eat. This is a process well worth respecting, and anyone doing it will have their weaknesses and strengths exposed.
