My problem is that I did not have the lbb. Now maybe you are different so I went with natural herbs. I listened to Dr. MOm and she was constipated for many days so thought no problem for 1 day of constipation. I did many cleanses prior to the fast as MH states to precleanse. So I did a pumpkin cleanse for worms and a watermelon cleanse for a colon cleanse. I think this is normal but maybe too much and not by the MH way but I had to precleanse and did not have his herbs.

So being fair to my friend MH, it has to be said that he tried very hard to help me and I posted exactly what I was doing on his website and he approved of all the steps. And he was very upset when He saw I was in bad shape. So yes, I think this happened because of the toxin release. I would be very careful of any oj fast unless you have all the necesssary ingredients such as the lbb, the apple juice, etc.

I would think to pray first and then decide. I take no pharmaceuticals at all, I had no reason to be that toxic, but Allah knows best.
