So I'm on my 2nd day of my first fast ever and I found your blog and have sat here and read every entry. You inspire me Miss. My goal is only 10 days but the fact that you went 30 is craaaazy. It lets me know there is no way I shouldn't be able to do 10.

I just wanted to thank you for journaling your experience on here to share and inspire. And I wanted to ask you (if you don't mind) how much did you lose while you fasted. Please believe I'm not in this for the dieting aspect of it, I really want to detox my body and gain the mental clarity that everybody raves about - not to mention I want to accomplish meeting the challenge of of something most people are scared to even try - but keep it real, losing weight while doin all of that would be a blessed benefit. I'm worried though cuz I've read some people gain back all the weight they lost and then some. I just wanna get some idea of what could happen from one former chocoholic to another.
