I agree with IAmdacat about your eating raw. Do what feels good for you!
Also, as far as eating organic or non organic...in my experience, I do not eat organic, mostly, occasionally I do BUT what I do is to have God *whatever you call creative source* to bless and restore my food to its highest nutritional & vibrational value and that my body only accept the nutrients and vibration. That my body release the non nutrients. I have no doubt in my mind that this restores my food nutritional, without paying the extra money for the food.
