Thanks for the message. A p&b shake is psyllium husks and bentonite clay. The psyllium is a natural fibre.

Bentonite is a medicinal powdered clay derived from deposits of weathered volcanic ash. It is one of the most effective Candida control agents and natural untestinal detoxifying agents knkown.

Bentonite contains minerals that once inside the gastrointestinal tract are able to absorb toxins, yeast and deliver mineral nutrients. The Bentonite is inert which means it passes through the body undigested.

Taken together they aid in cleaning out the bowels of toxins and fecal matter.

I put 8 ounces of water in a shaker bottle, then add 1 tbsp of Bentonite, then 1 tbsp of Whole psyllium husks, shake well and drink asap before it start to form into a gloopy gel. I then follow with several cups of water to help things along.

There is information on curezone so you may want to read up on it. I am curious about an all water cleanse. What is involved with that and has it been very difficult for you?
