you are welcome. i like the idea of being kind to my bowelies too! see i have a nickname for them already lol!

i had a bit of an unsuccessful cleanse tonight (swf puke-age) and topped it off by eating some acid forming foods! doh! that was stupid!

so im anticipating more probs. trying to figure out a way to stop the craving and eating of processed foods at the moment - i am really getting where youre coming from with the pastry thing! i devised a technique for giving up smoking a while ago so im going to try and apply it to bad foods too. ill post it if it works!

ps, i tried the egg yolk, limes and oil flush today and that woke up my digestion brilliantly! got the peristalsis going and boosted the circulation great. still waiting for something to actually happen though if you get my meaning!
