i love your post but i think there is so much more to it than just resisting change..for me i knew change was needed and i knew how to do it but it wasnt till i reached a point (not sure i can really explain that point in 50 words or less.. ha!) that i made the change happen. its not easy. and then only could i make that change happen with many many comments of encouragment. i think those who have made the change also have a responsibility to pass it on. that is what i am trying to do as many have done before me...pass it on...help those who need to change..be compassionate...i think we are all at different points in our lives but all need encouragement and support Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
