Blog: MY First Master Cleanse
This is a horrible day--I've felt dizzy and foggy all morning and I'm irritable as hell. I've lost it with the kids numerous times. I can't complete a thought or sentence for that matter and I can't remember things like what I came into a certain room for. Maybe it's my iron?
(Later) OK, I feel better. I needed more to drink and am going to try a little black-strap molasses in my drink tomorrow. I've had eight glasses of lemonade today and I'll aim for that tomorrow as well.
Oh, I didn't mention this morning yet. I had cramps all night..my stomach and bowels moved and gurgled and to be blunt I'm very scared to fart in that it really might not be a fart. In addition to that restlessness, my two year old yelled all night so I had very poor sleep. I did drink more SWF this morning which had me on the toilet for a total of three times so I think it worked better.
Now, more tea.

I hope you're feeling better. I'll have to read your previous posts to find out if you are using grade b maple syrup or if you're using mollassas instead.
Anyway try making 3 quarts of the lemondae in the morning (or before ou go to bed at night) so that it will be ready for you and just drink it all day long until it's gone, no need to count glasses.
You can have the lemonade ice cold, room temperature or warm it up like tea.

Hi! Thanks for the kind words and encouragement. I'm actually on day eight and have been copying my written journal onto this blog in hopes that it can help other people as I have gotten SO much help from hearing what others are going through on specific days.
I did buy Stanley Burroughs book and have read it and reread it so I'm confident that I'm on the correct track. That being said, it was only on day five that we started using Grade B syrup and even then, mixing it with what I had left of the BIG jar of Grade A so maybe that had something to do with my lightheadedness. Overall the fog has lifted but it seems that each new day offers new issues with my body.
I will definitely check out the other websites for support. In the meantime I'll get typing so you can hear about the rest of my days.

| Great so you've gotten past the black strap molassas! Great!You certainly have a lot of determination and more than adequate motivation to stick with it as you've been doing, in spite of the "issues." Keep it up. All the best, :)
