| i got a tubal ligation as a means of birth control for a man who lied to me. i figured i'd get it reversed when i wanted my kids. in one month after that surgery i was in post menopause at age 37 (not even regular, dr said my fsh was of a woman in her 60s). eventhough i got a reversal a couple years later, it brought the periods back only for 2 months, then straight back into post menopause. my life has been a living hell since then, and it was all for a man who kept asking me for sex, who it turns out lied to me about a live-in girlfriend and had no intentions of a relationship. not a good scenario, but nothing i can do. now, i am unable to ever have kids. no, i cannot adopt, because i do not make enough money (make very little) and am by myself, no man around.
