By AHarleyGyrl the thing that i find so aggrevating is, big business and gov't (the rich) polluted the earth with their products and sold them to us. they went crazy with the industrial revolution. we bought what they were selling because we didn't seem to know any better. now, the ice caps are melting and 1 in 3 has cancer, etc.... BUT, the most aggrevating thing is that after all that was done, the people who the stuff was sold to are expected to save the world. i have heard al gore saying that it is very difficult to convince big business because their bottom line is involved. but we are supposed replace our light bulbs and our furnace filters and some other stuff, but what are those companies doing who contributed the most to the pollution? whatever they do, they will try to make sure they make a ton of money at it. it was them who created all the stuff in the first place, so why can't they take the initiative and start reversing it? no, it is put on the people. the gov't should be for the people instead of special interest groups, that is the problem. all the taxes we pay and the big corporations are ones who are truly protected. i wish there was a way for people to ban together and figure this out...but if there was, i guess we wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

Al Gore is right to inform the people of the difficulties in convincing big business of global warming because of their bottom line. Al Gore is big business, making millions with each trip he makes to inform the people. Like Big Al says, we should all do our part to reduce global warming, like walking so he a Tipper can drive more, riding the bus so that he can continue to take a private jet to inform the people, and adjusting our thermostats so that his three mansions can remain comfortable year round. Isn't it funny how all the entertainers and celebrities who waste the most fossil fuel tell us we shouldn't use any. Al uses more than 20 times the national average in fossil fuel and produces nothing.

Hi Harley girl!~
I'm sorry I offended you! I know you have a heart of gold and you are a compassionate human being! Forgive me for my indescretions and my foolish
ways! But if we where all the same it would be an oh so boring world!
