Blog: master cleanse /7 days
| Ok so it's day 3. I have to keep reminding myself why i'm doing this, cuz things aren't goin so hot up in my head. On top of that, there's an %¤#&!§-on the forum that just talks shit instead of helping people. To make matters worse, I was on a bodybuilding forum discussing the MC and most people said i was an idiot. I'm 5'11" 220lb and take my training seriously. I'm not a bodybuilder that wears thongs, rather, just a guy who believes in being strong and able to box. I'm fucking hungry!! Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day..................

Which means if you make it through today... it will get better! The headache will pass, I only get them on the MC if I was drinking coffee before I began. 7 days is really excellent, but ten is even better. The body functions in cycles of 7, so day 7 could feel rather like day three... no m atter wht, try and end on a day you feel great. I have done the MC for as long as 40 days... it is a wonderful cleanse. I am sending you strong energy for support.
