Blog: Working the Water Cure
After posting in several forums I thought I might start a blog to track my progress.
I have just recently ( with in the last month or two ) found curezone and am enjoying all the new information. I am currently practicing Oil Pulling and am taking Turmeric. I would love to get some food grade hydrogen peroxide but just haven't gone that far yet. One suggestion I recieved in my quest for a better "state of being" was to start witht he water cure.
I have previously tried to drink 8 glasses of water everyday. I had very good luck doing this. Felt great and lost some weight. At the time I was also excercising and watching my daily calorie intake.
For right now I'm just trying to consious of every thing I do to my body and we'll see where it goes from there.
I'm starting today at somewhere around 235 lbs which is much to much for my 5'3" frame. I'm also adding sea salt to my diet.
The first day was kind of hard to get all of the water down. I managed to drink about 84 or the 117oz in need to have for my body weight. I experiemnted with drinking the water room temp and warmer. I actually like it that way very much, which surprised me. By the end of the day I had this nagging, heavy, almost pinching pain in my left arm. As I describe it now I can feel it slightly. I also was in a pretty foul mood, but didn't feel hungry or deprived at all even though I had eaten much less than usual. The water surely fills you up and keeps you from snacking all day.
For throughoness I'll ad that is was the last day of my cycle and is November 28th.

Sounds good; just do not get too much water as you can dilute your blood electrolytes and have other unwanted problems... The sea salt is an excellent choice... Look up some blogs on CZ by Pila; on sea salt & read his posts on sea salt on my web site @ wwwsimplytruth.com... under the Message center...
Best to you let us know if we can help....
