Blog: So, Mucoid Plaque does exist.. I just passed some!
I have Candida and for the past 2 weeks, I've really gotten strict with it. I am on a fruit-only diet along with a urine fast (yes, I'm doing both at the same time.. it couldn't hurt!) I in the past had thought I had cured my Candida, but I was very wrong.. as I had horrible reactions to the food I ate.
Yesterday I saw how easy an enema was to perform, so I went to the local drug store and got an enema bottle and did the coffee enema. Then a urine/Primal Defense enema. It went well I guess, but nothing really came out.
So this morning I awoke and did a coffee enema w/ clarkia + grapefruit seed extract, then a few minutes later did a pure urine enema.. then 5 hours later I did a Kefir/PD enema.
3 hours after doing the Kefir/PD enema, I pooped out huge amounts of gunk and blobs of white mush which has been identified as candida. Then I did another Urine Enema just for maintenance and to see if anything else would come out. This time I stood on top of my head for 5 minutes, then jumped around for 10 minutes.
I didn't expect to get much since earlier I had passed a large amount of toxins and gunk, but this time I got even more!! I always thought to myself when I saw those "mucoid plaque" pictures that I would never be able to pass that, because it's most likely a myth, but boy did I ever! It was putrid smelling and just really disgusting. I'm so glad it's out of me! I'm getting closer and closer to being in tip-top health!

Congratulations on your successful mucoid placque removal.
I have been on threelac to remove candida for about 4 weeks. I have been through the die off phase but now want to ensure the cleansing of the intestines aswell as it seems important for health/state of mind.
I have been taking a homemade mix of pure lemon, lime, ginger, epsom salts, sea salt. My diet is now strictly in accordance with all the recomended candida diet requirements, ie no sugar, bread, carbs, beer, wines, milk, gluten, grain etc etc...Further more ive been continuing to take threelac with milk thistle and a whole host of supplements incl. magnesium citrate, calcium, zinc.
Do you think this form of cleanse would work similarly to your attempts?
I have read many sceptical articles on the net who say that people have had intestinal xrays without noting any mucoid placque. The benefits of this treatment seem really good, ie: return of mental clarity, feelings felt prior to bouts of depression, removal of 'stuck' toxins like alcohol / drugs etc. Would you say this has been the case for you?
