Blog: Juicing for 30 - take 2!!!
I had a good day, today. I took the kids shopping for their clothes for the wedding, then out to lunch. I have to say, it was very hard not eat lunch with them. Those situations, of social eating, are probably the hardest. I knew it would be hard, though. My daughter is vegan, and she had pasta and red sauce and it looked so good! Even the boys' pizza looked good, and I haven't had pizza for as long as I can remember! I made it through that, then we went to the book store. I got some fun reading material, as a treat, and let the kids get a few new books, too. Then we had to go the grocery store. By this time, it had been a long, long time since I'd had my juice, and I was getting really hungry. The avocados were calling out to me, but I resisted!
I came home and made some great pineapple ginger juice, my old stadard. I feel so much better since I had that.
Oh - at the mall I tried on some pants, just to see where I was at. I fit into tens really well, and fit into an 8, though it was a little snug. If I had been buying today, I would have went for the 8, because I'm sure in a week or so it would be just right. I can't believe I can even zip and button an 8! In early October when I went back to work at Starbucks and bought pants, I bought a 16! And now, to fit into an 8, feels amazing. Six is my ideal size, and I'm almost there!!
Physical notes - I'm a little tired this afternoon. I'm also a little bit hungry, which is more than likely mental. I'll still probably have another juice tonight. My stomach is a little upset. But, I generally feel pretty good today.

Wow, in a size 8.....AWESOME!! I don't ever remember wearing a size 8. But I would love to give it a try!! LOL!
Yes, after fasting we see that people eat so much and too often.
I would love those rawfood sites that you talked about. I need some ideas!
