    Well it didn't work, I'm not a veggie dude yet, but closer than last time. I think I should stick to what I used to do when I wanted to eat meat, I ate some mixed nuts and the craving for meat went bye bye. Maybe I should eat organic eggs (Amish) sometimes instead of nuts for a variety. A box of Schultze intestinal formula #1 & #2 is on the way to my house, and those will open the floodgates and sweep away my dietary sins. I haven't used these in at leastfour months and he says he made the #1 stronger and made the capsule bigger. I got the #2 in capsules so I can take them anytime. I am thinking about going vegan (except I'll have organic eggs maybe once every couple months), hopefully very soon, trying to eventually do the christopher/Ehret mucus free diet, high percentage fruit, some herbs, sea vegetables. Christmas with my family always has all junk crap food, I might have deer or pheasant meat if there is any. However, no to any other meat.

    Yesterday my weight was 210, and I hope to drop 50 pounds by my birthday in February.
    I'll keep a log of my fun amazing challenge.

      You have some nice and achievable goals!! Stick with you, you can do it!! Keep us posted :)

      P.s - make sure the mixed nuts are raw - And soak them if you can for better digestion. I'd bet raw nut/seed butter and veggies would have the same effect of eliminating meat cravings. Might also want to try Hemp protein powder in a fruit smoothie if you're craving protein.
