| after losing all that weight you must have incredible self control so good luck is probably not the right word. more so i hope your time goes quick and you get all that you want and need from the cleanse. happiness and sunshine to you

Losing weight hasn't been about control. It's been about making big changes in my habits, my attitudes, and the way I deal with emotions. No way no how could I white-knuckle my way through it! I found a lot of support online, created a whole new circle of friends, learned new coping tools. I also quit a job that was incredibly stressful and started following my creative dreams. It wouldn't seem that they are all related, but everything is connected.
It's all about learning to be on your own side, and being honest with yourself and building personal integrity, even when it hurts. The rewards are tremendous!
