You must realize that few things in life are what they first seem to be, that goes with your diet... Remember we all are on a diet, it is just what are you eating??
Next as I learned, we should all be on an 80/20 diet.... That is where we eat the proper foods(Will let you define this) 80% of the time, then grill, have cheese cake, an ice cream soda, even meat, or whatever, the other 20% of the time!! HUH!! Then you will live a better life, and not be bothered by what if I have a XXXXXXX or what ever.... Of course some poisons, dope and some other stuff would not be on my 20% list... DUH!!
