Blog: Wedding Diet
I don't much think anyone around here's tuning in for my daily ranting these days, it's not that exciting. I'm continuing to lose weight, exercise and get ready. This week I have my period so I'm bloated and cranky. I'm also totally in a daze. I love my fiance but I'm really craving outside company, which is good cause my ladies are comin up this weekend for the bachelorette party at my house.
Every day feels like a daze as I just try to keep up with the schedule I've set out.
Today I had 2 cookies, a piece of fudge, a lowfat yogurt and a banana.
Yesterday I had a few cookies (someone brought the stuff into the station) and some yogurt and a banana, some raw cabbage for dinner and two pieces of coldcuts and a piece of cheddar cheese.
I'm still trying to get this weekend's pizza out of my system, 8 oxypowder tablets later I'm feeling 50% relieved. I've got my monthly constipation to go along with my period and i feel like crap.
However I look good. I still don't look great in a bathing suit, but I look good pretty much anyother way. I am trying to not eat very much at all. I will juice for dinner tonight after 2 hours of ass-busting in the gym. I don't look like a size 6, but I do look good for me.
I have to get a good week in before the ladies come this weekend because I'd like to eat some bbq without feeling guilty.
I am looking forward to an 11 day juice fast starting 7/7. I've booked 3 colonics for that period of time, and plan to curtail the running and just do light work in the gym. That's the final push.
So I get 3 days of eating raw after next Tuesday and then the fast starts. I can't wait. I'm wedding weary. I want to get married damnit and be DONE.
Also I am interviewing for a new job and they contacted me to say I'm still in the running. Good news.

| Keep up the great work you are doing - you will love yourself for how awesome you look in your wedding photos! I lost 21 pounds before my wedding and I am so happy with myself because I love my wedding album. All the hard work pays off! :)

| It just shows that it wasn't just me going bananas before I got married :-) Every bride goes a little crazy. I'm fasting right now, going for a colonic tomorrow or before I leave to be with my man. If you need support, I'll be more than happy to give.
